Forms for Download
The new, upgraded system allows for all filings for all entities to be submitted online, therefor MTED has determined that paper filings will no longer be accepted. This decision was made partly in response to how Covid disrupted all in-person interactions, but mostly to gain all the efficiencies that an online system can provide. Therefore, there are only limited forms available for download here, including:
i) the consents that a director and secretary for a company must sign. These paper forms are not submitted to the Registrar: they are to be kept by the company in its own records.
ii) Back due annual returns, to be used by companies that have been struck off for failure to file an annual return and now seek restoration to the register. To complete an application of restoration you must attach all back due annual returns to the application form.
